I bought my house in feb this year. The property is supplied by a large LPG tank in the garden. The previous owner gave me the phone number for the supplier she used - and after moving in - I phoned them and asked them to fill the tank up. I'd seriously recommend you stay away from Flogas - with them at the moment and the price rises are astronomical and no get-out clause unlike calor
