My local boots today had a small display at the pharmacy counter, advertising free samples of Haliborange Omega-3 Fish Oil for Kids (2 free capsules).

The back of the packet has a voucher good for 50 points when you buy any Haliborange Omega-3 Fish Oil for Kids product!

I bought 2 packs of Huggies nappies today that were a pound off and one jar of baby food. so came to 10.45. Got the skincare voucher. I used the 500 free pts parenting voucher plus the triple points on Huggies voucher for the first time. I also had a double points voucher. Anyway came out with

500 parenting points
47 standard points
47 double points
But no Huggies triple points :mad:

Surely I should have had 130 ish huggies points and then this should have been doubled????
Sa said it was because they were already on offer etc

Do not know whether it is worth querying or not as only second time I have used card and had to complain last week as advantage offers didn't work on it and got home and realised I had no points! What should I do????

Parenting points should have been 78 for the Huggies and 500 for the other offer, i always have problems with Huggies points too, ring HQ and ask them to check and they will manually add points to your card

By the way what is the 500 points offer as i didn't get one of these ?

My sister got the offer about 6 weeks ago, my other sister and i still haven't had the offer infact i never seem to get any freebies.
