I always get better success calling the advantage card helpline number (on the back of your card) than emailing customer services. They have added free points for every complaint I've made. hthMembre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0

Imagine not letting people use the £2 voucher when the price has been reduced... The Maybelline eyeliner I got yesterday was reduced but they took the voucher no problem. Definitely complain, hannah2028 (Boots CS phone number is on the first page of this thread!)
Let us know how you get on!0 -

I recently bought the glycolic peel set with a parenting voucher. Since thought i would probably not use it - too time consuming (3 toddlers on my hands! lol) So went back and was offered a exchang - lovely. She also said it 3 for 2 so you can do that. Got that clever foundation and a discounted illuminatin lotion and free item was a discounted lip gloss. Was very happy with that and then she gave me a no7/maybelline voucher. Add a free sample pot of the night cream! What a haul from the original no7 parenting voucher. Very happy - Morfa park swansea boots are always really happy and giving!
At xmas i bought a vsmile in a 3 for 2 promotion. V smile was £49.99 and i probably used some code - as any other mse follower. But the console has broke this week and i just rang customer services and they said take to your local store and refund is no problem - if they moan tell them to speak to me on this number!! She was very nice - She said its still £49.99 so that will be my refund. As i bought is a good 7-8 months ago this is fab customer services. Just got to go out this afternoon to do that. I already bought a replacement from tescos for a amazing £24.99 so son is very happy!
Anyway - She said that v smile games are reduced on the system at the moment to £9. Anyone seen them about? They are only reduced 16% i think it was online.0 -
Bought another Stay Perfect mascara for 66p today. I handed over 3 vouchers: 1/3 off, £5, and 200 points. SA told me she'd already tried them for another customer and it didn't work, so was only going to let me use one voucher. I asked her sweetly to try all 3, and of course it did work. She said "they must have changed the tills overnight"!!! :rotfl:0
