Mobile Phone credit check

Hi there.
I am considering a contract mobile but my credit rating is very poor (Currently in the process of sorting out an IVA).
Do all websites/companies do a credit check when applying for a contract moby?

    ask yourself what reasons you need a contract mobile for. No offence but if you are going through the process of an IVA, should you really be looking to obtain another bill. There are many PayG deals around at the moment that can be competitive with some Contract packages, look at your intended useage first then check the deals!
