Deserted House

I also know of an almost falling down house that I tried to trace the owner of.
THe owner is not registered with the land reg as it was owned before registration began. I wrote to the neighbours who were both happy to give me the name of the owner and gave me an area where he lived but they did not know his address (they really wanted him found!). They advised that a lot of people had been trying to find him for years! I spoke to the council who confirmed that they knew about the house and that the owner did live in the area I was given but that was all they could tell me under data protection.
So....5 years on, the house is still falling down, owner still not located by me, neighbours been trying to sell for ages but cant due to the derelict house next door.2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0 -

Instead of looking for an exact match on the name why not look in the phone book for the surname and trace a relative instead?FREE THE WM30
