thanks for posting back with outcome! hate it when people dont do that and i am left wondering what happened!
as soon as you said was BHS tammy girl - was confident wouldnt be a prob!

btw - the shop HAS to credit you with what you paid for item! prices can go down or up - but you should always get back what YOU paid.
