Haven't tried anything else from them, but I do use akamuti coconut oil and akamuti shea butter, both of which are very good. I'd get yourself a christmas present or two if you're making the effort to place an order!0 -
Evening all
Apologies i've not caught up, though I'll try to before bed tonight. And so sorry I didn't realise about the visualisation, but i'll say and extra prayer for you tonight.
Things are much better here, DH is so much more chilled now the exams are over (and the weird anticlimax has passed). Work is busy but good, travel is a nightmare! We're going to the opera (cheapie £10 tickets) tomorrow night after work, which will be good. Some flying has been done, i'll just go and sort a list, plus I need to do DH's lunch before bed, eggs are cooling for egg mayo rolls.
Thanks again for being so great on Monday - I seriously would be lost without flyladies! I was telling my colleague about you all today.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
I don't know about everyone else but during the visualisation I felt such warmth and peace. All these separate people with separate lives brought together by something as everyday as housework and yet the thread stopped and people just 'thought'. To echo Greenbee - if the intent is good then it will be positive.
My continued love to LL in the morning....you'll be in my thoughts tomorrow xx
Tristan - I don't know you but I'm wishing you peace and the ability to cope.
Diva and toots - special hugs to you both xxxx
Sadly DD's hamster died in her sleep. DD is devastated but she gave the little hammy so much love and care that was one spoilt little hammy! DD has already said that she's not going to 'buy' another hamster but will take on a rescue hamster that needs her as and when it happens.
I've just spent the evening doing a newsletter for the school PTA. I should go into politics. I've basically bigged up the parents saying how much we appreciate them and how wonderful they are when we have to wring every last penny out of them and every bit of help.....it's not like it's helping their children or anything!! I was very polite in my sarcasm and most of them will think I'm genuinely impressed with them.
Guess i'd better unload the dishwasher and stick cream on Stripes paw.
Hugs to all xx0 -
Aww hugs to your DD Mudbath. It's awful when they lose a pet.0

I'm giving up on doing a list as I've lost 2 posts (my fault, tired and must've pressed ctrl+ something unknown!)
However, I need a star for Monday please toots - DH did the lounge etc last night.
Bed for me now, once sarnies are done, want to go to shops on the way to work (canary wharf shops open VERY early, which is handy) and I like to get into work by 9am latest as we hotdesk and I like to get 'my' desk!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Hi all
Not been able to post as DS2 had me up to 4 am with his sore ears which haven't pained him at all sincethe Dr says it may have been a draught but no infection so that's good. Today(well yesterday now) is my day for Auntie coming over so I roped my cousin into helping me tidy the kitchen, we done the best we could given that OH's disco and CD boxes are sitting in there and I wasn't moving the speakers to wash the floor. Never mind Christmas Party season in the hydro starts tomorrow night so it will all be away then.
Good news I got some money back from a PPI I had a couple of years ago with my car insurance so £35 plus interest is now winging it's way to me:T
I have updated my list and will try to drop in tomorrow. note to self p31.
hugs to all xxto all the newbies.

a very late and tired hello from me.
I have only just caught up on the last couple of days of the thread and I'm so sorry I missed the visualisation but warmest hugs and love to Diva's friend Tris, and L-L and Toots.
Its been a razy few days here as its DD1's birthday today (well, yesterday, its over now) amd Mum arrives tomorrow (today now) for 5 days AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH
I didnt think our spare room was that bad but its taken me loads of time today and yesterday to clear it and clean it for Mum. It looks fab now though. I still need to hoover so will have to fit that in tomorrow.
So in a nutshell:
DD1 had a good birthday (she is 5), we got her a CD player and its gone down a storm, they have all wanted to play it all day.
MIL arrived on spec this afternoon so stayed for party tea - was lovely, we dont see her too much and the kids adore her.
Did pizza, icecream, chocolate mousse and cake for tea:p:p
DS got bad throat again, missed Beavers tonight, might be off tomorrow
Going to collect Mum for 1030am tomorrow (today. Thursday)
DD1 party in Saturday.
Might not be around much seeing as Mum is here.
Night all xxJan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)
NSDs: 3
Walk to school: 2/47
Bloater challenge: £0/0lbs0
