  • LL - so glad you feel loved and special cos you are.

Going to bed now; it's taken it's toll tonight and that I should remember how lucky I am and not moan to you lot so much about my piddling problems in the grand scheme of things they are arn't they? Does anyone else feel like that after the visulaisation? DH doesn't know why I feel this way as he's never done it.

Massive hugs all round for anyone who needs them. Night my lovelies xxx

I have recently been diagnosed with MS. It also gets me down when there is so much to do and i'm not well enough to do it. That usually ends in me trying to do everything then getting very ill. Routine here is saturday morning beds stripped and in wash, matresses then air all day and fresh bedding put on for that night.

Just got an email through to tell me that the first final assessment of my Masters is in 6 weeks time. A bit scary but at least once I get that out of the way I can concentrate on my dissertation. I guess the hard work starts now
ajomoney - gosh yes indeed you certainly have some hard work ahead - so get the head down and start doing a bit everyday if you can - good luck with it all - I am sure you will do well.

Don't belittle your own problems, although it never hurts to put them in perspective and be able to count your blessings.

It's not unusual to be tired, cold, emotional etc after visualisation as it takes a lot of emotional energy. If LL can feel all that positive warmth, then it's got to be coming from somewhere.

    Another online order (or 2)

Greenbee - do you know somewhere good to get rosehip oil from?

I'm off to Liberty tomorrow with a friend so won't be around - be good and I'll catch up with you all in the evening

    Yes - here :D

    Have a lovely day tomorrow!

I'm lacking inspiration so I think a bath and a trashy novel are in order... between the research I'm doing from work and the book I'm reading on food waste I need a little light relief!
