Hi guys,
I'm chutney making this afternoon too. The recipe I have says to put the spices in a muslin bag to boil in the vinegar.
I'm not doing very well - I don't have some of the "unground" spices or a muslin bag. Reckon I could just chuck in the ground versions and hope for the best??
Thanks
