yes iv used re-mobile,received my blackberry bold with in 4days from payment.
i lovvvve it,was exactly as descibed.so yes this is a real company...must admit i wasnt sure at 1st.but all turned out great,i will def be using again in the future:T

Yes, unfortunately, I got tempted with a BlackBerry on ebay. Still fighting them.

Hopefully they will act honourably and sort it out.

I bought a bargain Blackberry from them last week. Concerned it hadn't turned up 7 days after ordering, and especially after reading reviews on Remobile on here, I called them asking where it might be. I thought I was going to be in for a struggle but, in fact, the man who answered the phone was both very friendly and very efficient. Turned out that it was the Post Office at fault for my parcel not arriving on time (they tried to deliver to the wrong address)
I can recommend Remobile.co.uk wholeheartedly, I am really pleased with both the Blackberry and the customer service. There are 100's of similar reviews on this company on Amazon for those in any doubt.

Bought a blackberry 8900 from them A-grade refurbished. it arrived the next day, the box was battered the bits, the phone was in good condition not amazing but it was refurbished, So sent back the next day via special delivery (Special Delivery tracking id: SC661876591GB) According to that it was delivered but they are claiming the postman signed for it and that they need to get it to be posted back to them, i don't see how that is possible but hoping they will act honorable and give me a refund. I'll keep you informed.

thought i'd give you guys an update.


After they told me they needed to get the phone sent back from royal mail after the postman signed it they emailed me 6 days ago saying they have refunded me and it should take 48hrs to go back onto my card, as i said before it's been 6 days since they said that and no sign of a refund yet. They are closed until the 28th so i'll try again then.

Still no refund and got this after i inquired about my refund:

Well i finally got my refund from Remobile. Thank you!

Suprisingly after i sent them an email i was gonna get my bank involved

I bought 2 phones from remobile, ordering and delivery were great. Untill 1 of them went wrong. I have emailed them twice and phoned them numerous times their free phone number just rings and ring and mobile number goes to orange answer phone. my advice is dont use them.
