  • I used Mopay. Really easy. Cheque for the value of my old phone came no problems. I was rather worried at first - doesn't seem to be a lot of info to be found via Google about this kind of thing in general. However, this one seems to be genuine!
  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ordered iphone off play.com remobile site, locked to o2 on 17/3/10 recieved 3 days later. after purchacing some apps io was told to update software. this reset the phone and i was told to restore. one i had done this i was told my sim was not valid??? o2 sim, phone locked to o2??? so i phone o2 who checked the imei number and told me the phone was from america and locked to the AT&T network!!! i phoned remobile and arranged a replacement. i got a conformation email the next day and posted the phone special recorded delivery at remobiles request (£7 i wont get back) on the 27/3/10. having tracked the order i know they recieved it on 29/3/10. i have sent emails and phoned every day since and recieved no answer (they dont even pick up the phone) i neither know where my phone is or the £180 they are still holding. this company is a shambles and YOU SHOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM.
  • I used Remobile to buy 2 Blackberry phones from them. They are really helpful if you have any questions to email them, and efficient.
You can trust them, even Play.com use them
    (Y) thumbs up from me
They even sell the data cables for Blackberry's. My mam loves the one i got her =]

. To also answer coopdivi about the website design company. We are based in a smallish town and there are several website designers here charging local company £1000's to design simple sites, which annoyed us as they are ripping them off. If you check we actually charge £250 not £2500 and we have done several for local business. If anyone needs anyother information about us our phone number is on every site as is our direct e-mail address.

Frome / Westbury are very small towns :) my bf lives in Trowbridge that's how I know

Felt the urge to agree :S

I do wonder if this is genuine - a newbie poster leaving negative remarks. Oh and i not really bothered about this thread (thought it brought recycled mobiles) so you cant accuse me of working for the company etc. I think it is about time that newbie poster should be highlighted in some way, especially when they leave negative feedback.

  • Do NOT use them.

I ordered a Blackberry in November. I didn't get delivered when it should have been. I e-mailed them and they ignored the e-mail. I had to e-mail them again and they finally answered saying that another phone had been sent out.
My BlackBerry wiped itself and i therefore needed a new one. I sent it away a week later i got a new Blackberry, for some reason the SIM card wasn't being read. After talking to my Network (Orange) for 1 1/2 hours, they diagnosed the problem as being a problem with the handset. I e-mailed Remoblie to tell them the problem. They replied very rudely saying 'We made phone calls on that phone, so we know for a fact it worked when we sent it' suggesting that i was lying about the situation. I was frustrated as i had no phone for 4 weeks. Below that message was their address to post the item back to them. The day after i posted the item back to them. I used recorded delivery to track the item. I was signed for at the address so i know that they received the product. It had been a week since i had sent the phone back and was waiting for a new one to arrive. I e-mailed them asking where the replacement was and all i received was their auto-reply. I still haven't heard fro them and it has now been 6 weeks since i last had a working phone. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards as their company is un-professional and badly organized. I would advise anyone NOT to buy anything from them.

i can understand why you may think i am not genuine, however, if you type "remobile" into google this is the third result, i have been trying to sort this out for weeks and saw this thread and thought someone may have contact info for them (cuz they dont pick up the phone or respond to my emails) i am ONLY interested in receiving my phone which i am owed, i would happily remove negative feedback if the situation was addressed! i am only a newbie due to how strongly i feel about being dicked around.
  • Yes me too! It's so stupid the way that they are treating us! I am going to Trading Standards. I strongly advise them if you wont to take direct legal action against this "Company"
  • KEEP WELL AWAY..........very badly run company lies lies lies thats all you get
  • I saw Remobile through play.com and ordered a refurbished blackberry with 12 months warranty... immediately i noticed the details of the phone and what came with it were vague and unorganised on the webpage... the phone arrived and ran smoothly for me for 3 months. In this time i never let my phone anywhere near water and was bewildered when it stopped working. I immediatly posted the phone off to remobile by special delivery (postage of which i had to pay for).. and did not a confirmation email saying they had recieved it until i enquired.. they firstly said they had not recieved it, however i had proof by signature that they had.. and when i mentioned this to them they flippantly apologised saying it was with their engineer the whole time and the phone was water damaged, and they they would send it back, unrepaired. I was shocked and told them i had been very careful never to let my phone near any liquid to which i was told it could just be 'condensation' in the wrong temperature. considering i paid £200 for this phone and it lasted less than 3 months, and they were rude and uninterested in what i had to say, i do not recommend anybody use this company. they will rip you off!
