has anyone had a rapid reclaim for incapacity benefit or severe disablement allowance

Its an obsolete benefit and you will soon be transfered to ESA, if it was a review you would already have the ESA50 form.
No matter what the sickness benefit you hand in sick lines till they say otherwise or you lose the benefit.
I know its obsolete but wouldnt i just be staying on it wth being on it before the reclaim. I have not recieved the form ESA50 the form that i had to fill in just asked me to tick boxes if i was recieving other benefits then had to signed it, and it was review was written on it.0 -

No all sickness benefit claimants are currently being transfered to ESA, you will get a ESA50 at some point as we all will, Im on invalidity and have been for 20 years and I will also be transfered.0 -

Ok thanks for your help i have been on sda for about 16yrs and last year i thought i would try and work part time as i get so fed up but because of my illness i had to pack the job in. I was told that i would get a reclaim which made me think that it would just be back to how it was before not having to send sick notes, i now feel that because i got a job it has messed everything up.0 -
I recieved a form about a month ago asking me what other benefits i was recieving and wrote on this it said review, so do you think that it is being reviewed now.

It sounds like the same form i had to fill in and that was wrote on saying review i have not heard anything since.0
