for anyone struggling to upload pics i held down ctrl and alt button when goin to browse pics then when it goes green to say done do it again pressing the browse then if still not there just hold down ctrl button and click on the x by where pic should come on ... hope this helps

Can't get a photo to load up for anything!! Keeps saying it needs to be less than 3mb and a jpeg etc which it is

Me too! I've been trying for 2 days now, even got DH to try it on his laptop but no joy. I forwarded the link to a friend with a child, and it worked for her though.

I went through all the steps then couldn't get a photo to upload (hadn't seen the tip here for getting it to work) so just tried to go onto the next step but got a message saying the elves were doing essential maintenance to the site or something so come back another time :rolleyes:
