Going straight to voice message
Initially I was very reluctant to go with Orange but I tried a free PAYG card to see what the reception is like and it is very good, so I started a 24 month contract with them.
Now I've noticed this problem: Sometimes when people call me it goes straight to the voice messaging service without even dialing, even though I had reception and 3G connectivity at the time. I am devastated that such a thing could happen, and even worse is that it happened a few times today. I've probably missed quite a few calls that I've never even known about. It feels like I paid for the quantity, not for quality of the network service.
Anyone else have this issue?
