Im so sorry that you find yourself in this position but only you can get yourself out of it. Phone your local social services and explain your situation. As you are classed as a vulnerable adult they are duty bound to help.
They may suggest a nursing home place until they find you a home suitable to your needs. At least there you will have some help and support.

Everyones correct with the advice they have given you

Theres a charity called Arthritis Care they have a forum and provide a advice and support and also a number that you can ring. Everyone is in the same boat with there arthritis and people give each other support. If you call the line if they dont know about something or another charity has more information they will let you know for example i was put through to PAPAA as they have more specific information about psorasis.

Also when this is sorted out they run courses to help with confidence and manage pain may be of some use to you .... you get to meet people in the same boat as you
