If the Fletcher Davies firm you are referring to are in Kings Street, Knutsford, Cheshire ( they also trade under the name of F D Direct ) DO NOT INSTRUCT THEM!!!!!
They acted for me recently in a sale and purchase and were absolutely awful!!! They caused no end of distress and nearly lost me my buyer. I am in the process of filing a Complaint with the Law Society about them and the Law Society are waiting to get involved becuase some of the issues are so serious.They also owe me money. Even complaining to the partner was a waste of time.0 -
