Upgrading? Are you getting an N900?

Hi.

Just wondering how many of you lucky sods have an upgrade coming up and are getting an N900?

Or maybe even considering getting an N900?

I'd be happy to hear what you think of it (and if your selling I'm all ears! :D:D:D)

I don't think so. Android is Linux, but not quite, the android apps run on a cut down version of Java I beleive and the whole OS is a very much cut down version of linux.

the Maemo OS that the N900 uses is, as close to Desktop Linux as you can get. So much so that there is even an Office application for it. I think Android excels at competing with the iPhone, I'd choose Android over iPhone anyday. But not over Maemo, it has more applications that actually help productivity and are in fact USEFUL.
