I've not been able to get into my Orange email account for several hours. It annoys me that whenever this happens Orange don't bother to post a notice on the home page to reassure their paying customers that they are fixing the problem. I pay a lot of money for a shoddy service and when my contract runs out in a few months I will go elsewhere.

snugden,i entirely agree with you,my contract is nearly up and i will be moving,this isnt the first time this has happened.

I haven't managed to access my orange email for a couple of hours and just spent about 15 minutes hanging on phone waiting to get through to technical support. They say there is a problem their end and it should be resolved in about 3-4 hours!

I have an fsnet email address having originally been with Freeserve who were taken over by Wanadoo who were taken over by Orange. The email service went downhill when Orange took over.
