We should all do a MSE meet up; I promise to be nice. :)

But is that really a dressy occasion?

Do you promise to wear a dress? :)

I should dress up more, we do have posh occasions...

But by the time I've got the kids all ready (or settled them down if they're not coming), I feel I've done well if I've actually brushed my hair, let alone got posh frock and accessories on. :o

Re the topic, I have bought some beautiful wedding do frocks at Debenhams in the past - they do have some really nice stuff. As you've got one near you...

so, do the tacky thing...all you need when the kids are in bed is a hair brush, some lippy, squirt of perfume and to get undressed. Oh, and shoes.

    Scary prices, fc!

Mybe it's a good thing I don't have much occasion to dress up... :(

Oh dear...and I was trying to be MSE too.
Shame I am specialising in slutwear at the mo and a throwback yoji 80's look to contrast ....lots of see through panels so not appropriate to the occasion.

Actually, can't say who but the daughter of the owner bought our mankini yesterday...and paid for it at the till (that's what we did wrong...our daughter just used to help herself in our shop///within reason though )....then a certain terror celeb allegedly asked for one for free....err....I don't think so. I don't know if it's true though...just gossip that got back to me.

Well that's confirmed it, mine's got half-full paint cans and an old cooker.

(I've deleted so many rude things about flushed cheeks and your OH's version). You've done i before I'm sure ;) Its good to feel desirable, god knows we all suffer occasionally from the alternative...some times it takes a bit of effort, and if no time for dressing up/....dress down. Your OH will be thrilled, it will make HIM feel desirable (men need that too) and you'll both benefit.

You know I'm going to check up next week, don't you? :)

    That is one weird nose......

I can do that with my boobs...and they don't need all the binding either, mind you, the binding could come in useful for my tummy. :rotfl:
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

We can all go to a posh restaurant and then on dancing the night away (or t'other way around).

No, I can't put dresses on. I only know how to tear them off (with my teeth). :)

You can borrow my Mankini dress:D...it's a sell out too......it's a mankini fashion moment.

I always say in my head befire we launch a new style... like the farmer in The Fast Show 'Now this season we will mostly be wearing....''...............a mankini dress''.
