I need to speak to someone in the UK re my account and that of a flatmate as it is a complicated situation and it is necessary that both sides fully understand each other so that things flow smoothly.
I need to cancel my dialup and talk over swopping my flatmates bband to my account and there are a lot of thigns that make this none straightforward.I keep getting the numbers in India and they do not understand basic english let alone what is going on with our accounts. The last one actually told me (a AOl customer of over 20 years) to go to the Carphone Warehouse!!! !!!!!!????????
