Excellent Virgin mobile customers services

Hi all,
just wanted to share this,
My son has a mobile with Virgin (which i pay £20 a month for). He had it about 3 months and it stopped working properly, so i rang virgin, who were more than helpful and my son received a new mobile within 2 days, no problems at all.
Was really pleased, and surprised
Nice to experience no hassle customer service for a change
