    All people whose money was deposited with Cameron Farley;

    As Skatyyuk suggested a while ago, the “unofficial rumour” is that the Administration is to be put back until October 2010 the reasons are unclear but it appears to be in connection with Court Time Availability. Please note this is not payouts date but Court Hearing Date.

    What does appear to be emerging is that massive failings have occurred and at this moment in time these Alleged Failing’s are “Possibly” being attempted at being covered up by the FSA and “Possibly” being aided by Grant Thornton who would appear to be in daily contact with the FSA and of course there is the well known fact that one of the Grant Thornton Liquidation/Administration team is an Ex Employee of the FSA who may have been put in place to protect the FSA.

    As most of you will know by now the FSA investigation has concluded however the latest rumour is that the FSA have suggested that at present they “do not have the full facts”. “Amazing” after nearly 5 years of being aware of Cameron Farley Limited.

    A further “rumour” has been suggested that the FSA invited Stephen Farley to trade after the freezing order of 2 September 2008, one can only assume that MAYBE it was in connection with trying to apportion blame for the negligent loss of $17.5 million after the freezing order which to date no answers have been found although it has been discovered by accessing Grant Thornton’s website it is something they are expert in. Further rumours suggest that after the raid in September certain items of equipment were not removed, one can only hazard a guess why?

    What is coming to light is the very difficult situations many people are facing, innocent of this whole affair, which you will be well aware of. Attempted suicides, bankruptcy, ill health, the list is endless. If you are in contact with ST and GY and they can help in anyway a lot of people will be sincerely grateful just as sincerity was expressed when dealing with them.

    Thanks.

    Interesting reading, much of it backs up what I was saying but you were reluctant to accept. In particular:
    "this was a Ponzi fraud"
    "Stephen Farley Plainly a crook"
    "the FSA is free from legal liability"
    That pretty much sums up what I had been saying.

    On the other hand they identify 2 other surprise candidates to tap for compensation:

    Gain Capital - "It is very unlikely that Gain Capital did not know what Cameron Farley was up to....it seems to me that Gain Capital is probably liable to each individual investor"

    I am surprised they think Gain Capital knew what the Farelys were up to. Most trading platforms do not know or care where the trader's money has come from. If they have some documentary evidence to back up this line of enquiry it could prove your salvation. If not it could be a fruitless international fishing trip. I imagine you have been following develoments and can judge better than me if there is any substance to this.

    Secondly the British Government - "My preliminary view is that all the conditions for such liability by the British Government are present."

    Another surprise candidate. Is the argument that the FSA is in the clear but the governement should have provided a better regulatory body? Sounds tenuous if so and expensive if the idea is to take it all the way to the European Court.

    I can't judge the merits of the case as I don't have access to the facts nor the legal knowledge to evaluate them, but if it were me I wouldn't be breaking open the champagne just yet.

    It wasn't particularly rocket science Reaper, however the amazing thing is he is still walking the streets, possibly with a big stash somewhere..

    V hope we can get in touch.
