Its a repeat of the comp that was run at around 13:00 today. If you entered then, then theres no point entering this one, as the one which happened at 13:00 is being run again.

UKsamsungmobile have said that if you entered in the 13:00 one, you are in this one too.

You probably entered earlier in the day then when they used the same question - they have had a problem so are running the same comp again, and anyone who entered earlier are already in the draw.
