Hi everyone!

I've just had a call from Samsung... asking me if I had an email in response to a competition entry... I hadn't..

He then went on to tell me I had won on 15th December - A Genio Touch Mobile Phone.

He said they have had loads of technical problems with emails and some people hadn't received them!

I must have entered and then gone away from the computer and got into doing something else and didn't look back at that hours winner,

has anyone NOT received their prize yet? I won on the 11th, didn't notice until they sent me an email on the 14th, I replied with the info and heard nothing since? is it weird or am i being impatient? (it's just there have been posts saying how quick the prize turned up...)
i sent another email last night asking whether they'd got my first email but haven't heard back yet

thank you, that helps! must be that they're not getting my emails. i'll try and email from another account and see - i own a domain that comes with an email and because it's basically myname@myname.xx it sometimes flags up as spam. but given that that's the registered email with the competition...

i'll give another email a go. they're not on facebook anymore, are they?

I didn't reply to the email, I emailed the address that was within the email but I must have deleted it because I can't find it.
I'm pretty sure that they are still on facebook though if you message them through that.

ah, my email didn't have an email address within it, i just replied to it - the reply address is samsung@packpro.co.uk

i've tried searching for them on facebook but cannot find the gone in 60 minutes page - i've tried going through the link in my history but no joy, jumps to the homepage.

is there a pouting smiley?
