Ok I solve one problem only to run into another.

It won't let me enter another draw, when I enter my details it says "Email address is already registered. Please check your email address and try again."

It accepted my details for the first draw I entered earlier but wouldn't let me enter this or the last hours draw.

    Anyone any ideas???

I keep using ccleaner, that seem to help.

I believe, once you enter once, it registers you to the site, so you have to be logged in to enter under that email address again, I say this because they have emailed me a username and password :rotfl:

I had that problem. The only other thing I tried in Firefox was to go into Options, etc, and remove all cookies manually. That worked a treat, but I had to log in again.

What a stupid site. It registered me but without telling me that I was registering for anything or sending me the login details, I can only assume because I never ticked the "Send me info about about Samsung membership" which is stupid as most people won't tick the 'Send me spam' boxes.

Went to the "Forgotten your password link" but that's no good as it asks for the ID that they never told me they'd given me. So clicked the "Forgotten you ID" link (which thankfully doesn't ask for the password I also didn't have) to get the ID, then went back to the "Forgotten your password" link to get the password they'd given me emailed to me so that I could login to the site that I wasn't aware I'd registered with so I could change the details to something I DID know!

So sorted, but bloody stupid all the same

I don't understand. When you register, you create the username and password. They don't create it for you.

I'm glad you got it sorted out though.

I didn't register. When you enter the draw it asks if you are a Samsung member, which I wasn't, so you click no and it asks for name and email address and enters you into the draw, doesn't ask for registration details or tell you what they are or tell you you've been registered. (and they did create it for me as it was a random selection of letters and numbers)
