What a breath of fresh air you are, thank-you x

You do realise this post you quote was made in November 2009 don't you?

Do you also realise that the poster has not returned to this site since Feb 2010?

    :)

  • I'm going to push ahead and go to court, using some of the new arguments suggested in this thread.

I will send my POC to anyone who cares to read them, once I've pulled together everything.

It was interesting reading back through these posts, particularly those who assume people wishing to reclaim charges are all at fault for mismanaging their financial affairs! That's way too simplistic and generalised to even warrant a response.

I may not win in court, but I will make the bank aware that I won't be robbed without a fight. I'm happy to pay bank charges for the occassional oversight...but not at £35 a pop. Anyone who can't see that that's disproportional is being willfully ignorant to suit themselves.

And I hope for your sakes you never get into financial trouble.
    Peace
