£5 to £30 a month will get you many a phone and tariff, it really depends on what you want from a phone and what calls you are likley to make. I just got a deal on a samsung d500 for £65 for the phone and £15 line rental for 12 months via singlepoint/vodafone but the samsung d500 might not be what u want, for £5 a month i think that may get you the nokia 7600 after cashback but on 3 network.
