    what sort of mortgage have you got on the 2nd property?

    Is it a BTL or a residential - could make a difference on how it's treated.

  • a) Tell all the benefit agencies the truth about you circumstances and what you own/what benefits you get. That's the British way right??
    b) If they tell you you have to pay money back, pay it back: That's the British way, right??
