Hi People,
I have moved into a house which has an enclosed toilet cistern inside a boxed unit. The toilet suite is Ideal Standards and i am getting noise coming from within the cistern. I have also noticed that there is a slight trickle of water into the toilet and i suspect the ball valve is the problem. I am trying to get inside the unit but cannot work out how. Can anyone advise please i am stumped... any ideas would be appreciated.
Please see the pictures below for better idea.
Thanks all
Wayne

Try turning the outer bezel of the flush button as they often unscrew. If you can remove this, I would guess that you should then be able to remove the upper panel to gain access. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
