Boiler recommendations please

A friend of mine in South Yorks needs to get a new boiler fairly quickly to replace an 8-yr-old Keston that's just died on him.
He will also hopefully be selling the house next year.
He doesn't want a combi, so it should just a case of slotting in a new one where the old one was.
His CH engineer has suggested either a Vaillant or Remeha. Friend has never heard of the latter & wondered whether this is likely to impact on the saleability of the house once its on the market.
Any thoughts which he should go for?

Good evening: Remeha is a well-known European brand (they've recently taken over Baxi) and becoming increasingly popular with RGIs in the UK. The OH fits Vaillant, Remeha, and Viessmann products (all have stainess steel heat exchangers, 5 years P+L on the latter two) by choice not for manufacturers' incentive programmes.
But... a boiler is only as good as its installation and annual servicing.
