Good luck all - I'm seriously debating joining but am in the throes of leaving one job for another so my financial plans are looking a bit uncertain.
I'll join up if I get the new job with the extra £9k salary (if I did get it, I'd be well on the way to being debt and mortgage free by the end of 2012).
Dunno yet - all in the air

    Hi All

Can you put me down for 16425.83. This is debts and savings combined and I have got to smash this next year even if I have to live of beans on toast for the next 12 months.

    Good Luck to all

    Hi Lemon Tree
:D lol, the calculator and the abacus and the pen, pad and pencil have all been including with the escher sketch in the making of that figure.

I have been lingering on thing site for a while and where my intenions have been good they have been rubbish also so in 2010, i have taken everything into account, that is the figure I have to pay off to various and included in it is what i want to have at the end, so at every point next year I have no excuse, I know exactly where I want to be and what i want to achieve. All i have to do is figure out how exactly I am going to get there and at present the plan is to spend less and save/debt bust more......

Whilst always remembering to LIVE as life is short.........

(am now off to lie in a darkened room:rotfl:)

    Hi

Bitting the bullet. Can I join? I want to aim for £20,000:eek:
To be paid for in order of:
    1. Wedding
    2. Arrears
    3. Disney
    4. C/C's

I know this isn't the best way to tackle my debt but if anyone has read my diary I lied for a long time about my debt, proposed to my wonderfull fiance and promised the kids a family honeymoon in Disneyland. I came clean we stand to lose a lot if we cancel the wedding and refuse let kids down. The arrears are not gaining interest and I am now making min payments will look at f&f in august 2010.
    Debt at LBM £19700
    Arrears £4800

    :j married 14/08/2010 :j
Date wife can move to live with me 28/02/2011 (date she can leave work for good)
