Pipex 1mb £14.99, 15gb Cap

Ive been with pipex from the start and I called them to say I wanted max product and they have not got a date when they can upgrade existing customers, so I said im getting fed up after months and they offered me 1mb broadband with a 15gb cap for £14.99 inc vat per month, Also my lines not fast for max product as they say max I would be able to get would be 1.5mb and that could be lower as like 800kb. Now I thought that was very good deal and they are a very good ISP and been with them for years with no/very little problems.
