Just to let you know that after I complained to the bank, my fee was refunded promptly. The company will refund your money but only if you threaten them with further action, complain to your bank or report them to the FOS. When they contacted me, they said they were legally registered, I asked who they registered to (FISA etc) and what their license number is which they declined to supply. I also asked why these details are not clearly shown on their site or on application forms.
This company is dubious and suspect, not to be trusted and very poor in how they deal with customers.
Good luck for those that are owed money, if you take the advise above, then you will get a better chance of getting your money back, dont take no crap from these idiots.:beer:0 -
As a small aside and out of curiosity I went onto their website.
Clicking on the contact us tab it brings up an online form which doesn't seem to be regulated.
i.e. it doesn't check for correct format of numbers etc.
This means you can send these guys ANY message you want to.
Just trying to help some people who may have something to say to these folk

Yes after reading this thread (well done me) I have paid £25 for a £1500 loan application (not so well done). At least I won't send the application to them. Thank you guys for all the info. Wish I had checked this before.0

I wouldn't hold your breath, I fear your fifty quid may well be gone forever - but that's not to say you shouldn't try and get it back.
You are entitled to your fee back less £5.
The address they say you should write to is:
Refunds Department, Loans Fiesta, 104 Building 3, BRE Estate, Watford, Hertfordshire WD25 9XX
I must say the website is extremely amateurish, they can't even get their own phone number right on the homepage. Also have a look at the website 'WHOIS' look up below and note it was registered by a dodgy Indian marketing company and shown as a 'non-trading individual'.
Best of luck getting your cash back, let us know how you get on.

Well yet another one bites the dust. Yeah that's right folks I have also been duped by the indian take away scam,( take your money away). After cancelling my card, to which I am for ever in this forums debt, I have spoken to the bank and asked if the payment will be stopped, but because of the very nature of the card the money will still go out,BUT... because they have obtained the Money in a fraudulent way, the bank will repay my account. So folks, not all is lost, have a word with your banks and see what they will do for you. If everyone did this then maybe these leaches will be stopped. I must thank you all again for the sound advise on this forum.0
