Hello,
Probably wrong place to post and maybe even a stupid question, but please treat me gently.
The question is on DAB radio.
Someone has sent me a DAB radio and we cannot get Digital here for a couple of years. Would I still be able to get AM/FM on this DAB radio?

You can if it has an FM setting. Most DAB radios do.
How about checking-or post the make/model so someone can check for you?No free lunch, and no free laptop

What sort of radio (make and model) is it?
I think macman is right; generally speaking, DAB radios can also receive FM broadcasts as well. My Roberts does.0 -

As above, many DAB radios also do FM, some maybe even AM, but you need to check the specs on the specific model.
Digital - are you confusing the Freeview switchover with the DAB signal? If so, you may be pleasantly surprised and might already have DAB broadcasting...0
