Hi,
I noticed that Morrisons are selling a 32" LCD TV for £249. I was wondering if anyone had actually bought it and could provide a decent review. I have had a look for it online and found that it is produced by Cello Electronics but branded as Neon:
celloelectronics com partners morrisons-10505 (I'm new to this site so can't post links but I'm sure you can work it out)
I can't however find any decent reviews. The product code for it is C3298DVB.
TIA.
P.S. I did find reviews from hotukdeals website, however the reviews are not great as only one person seems to have bought the item and just say its OK.

i cant speak about the 32" version, but i have a 19" version in our bedroom, very good tv for the price, the only thing i would say is that if you have the tv above head height(like i have in bedroom) the picture can seem quite dark, and theredoes not seem to be a lot that can be done about it, but if you are looking at it straight on then all seems fineTake every day as it comes!!0

These no-name branded one-off supermarket TV's are fine as a cheap deal, but once they're out of warranty you'll find it next to impossible to ever get a repair done if something does go wrong, as parts will not be available.
The supermarkets buy a few thousand in as a job lot and 'once they're gone, they're gone'.
Better to spend more and get a decent brand that should last you 5 years or more.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

All I seem to do all day is tune in and install new TVs, I can whole heartedly say I have never seen a good own brand TV, they are second rate in every way to a branded TV be it in picture, sound or the EPG and menu experience. They also look very cheap in construction.
They are no good for main room viewing but may be OK for second room if budget is VERY tight, but even then I would say its a false economy.0 -

Stick to groceries at supermarkets; their own brand TVs have been and continue to be rubbish.Kurtis_Blue wrote: »All I seem to do all day is tune in and install new TVs, I can whole heartedly say I have never seen a good own brand TV, they are second rate in every way to a branded TV be it in picture, sound or the EPG and menu experience.
