Why does the ex wanadoo /orange site not remember who I am any more ???
wanadoo told me that nothing would change but the name---crap!!
I cant even tell this orange page to remember my log in details -which according to cannotdoo would not be any different.
I was looking for a new deal and now i'm definitely going for a new isp--orange can't even give me a good payg mobile service,so i'm off!!:mad:

I've had no problem with the changeover. However in the past three months or so I'v had several instances where my BB connection dropped and was off for several hours. Grrrrrrr...... All I got was an explanation that there was some "outage" problem in my area . Seems to be ok now, but I've been poised to change ISP for sometime. At the next hassle they won't see me for dust.

Or ring up and try and renegotiate your monthly payments. Wanadoo/Orange are desperately trying to keep existing from defecting to the better value Talk Talk deal, so your recent problems can only play in your favour.

I've had no problem what so ever with Wannado/Orange I don't much of am imput to who we have supplying our internet as it's my OH who chooses them.
Either way 2.2 Mbps happily comes down the telephone line and in to the computor and on to this site.
