  • Hey BMummaF

I would very much like to join in again but could I go with a more realistic target this month of 15 NSD's. HOWEVER with 18/20 I 'failed' in November so will add an additional NSD to December as punishment! :rotfl:So........put me down for 16 NSD's purlease. Gosh the thought of it brings me out in a sweat but so what - it will make December more interesting. I have half my pressies still to buy, am having 2 sets of rellies round on 2 days and have a couple of parties to go to so will have to be really careful with my planning

    Thankee kindly!

    My challenge started on 27th and I haven't managed a NSD yet:eek:

I am planning to do what BMF suggested and, as I am on hols this week, and do all my present shopping, fill up car and buy milk all on the same day thus accumulating lots of NSD this week. Well thats the plan, will let you know if it works:rolleyes:

I should have my first NSD today as do not need to go anywhere or buy anything.

    XS
    Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
    Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
    Make £2021 extra income - £99.75
  • My challenge began on the 29th.

I did a big (£30!) combined Sainsburys shop/trip to asian grocers for veg, covering most of what I'll need for food/toiletries/household this month, including a fab whole chicken - had a roast for two, am currently eating a chicken mayo bap and plan to make chicken & mushroom pie with half of the rest and freeze the other half for chicken in gravy and mash another time. Making soups tonight with the stock and a heap of lovely fresh veggies. :D

Today I will pay my rent, fill the car with diesel (instead of £10 here and there all month ) and need to go to the market to get OH some cigarette papers.

Soo, tomorrow should be do-able as my first NSD. I already have milk and bananas for work all week and plenty in fridge/freezer for lunches.

I will try for 3/4 NSD's this first week, I have to buy wrapping paper by the weekend though...

    Hi all,

BMF could you please put me down for 10 this month. Haven't got xmas pressies yet but intend to get them (and by 'get' them I mean in most cases 'order' them, even if money doesn't come out that day) on planned spend days. We shall see if it works!

I did have a look actually, but nothing in the price/volume that I want to pay!! :rotfl:

Did pick up some lovely flat mushrooms (78p for 3 large ones) to make my pie filling tonight though (although one of them may fall into an omelette for my tea! :p).

I might get my fuel from Tescos on the way home tonight and see what wrapping paper they have. :)

Hi can I go for 8 in December.......have only just scraped my 10 days in November.
Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:

TOTAL: £6,437 (04/01/2013) slowly but surely it is decreasing:D
  • Judging by the fact I've aimed for 10 and only done 7 for the past 2 months I'm going to be realistic and aim for 7 in december. I still have a few presents to buy and have various places to go and people to see so I doubt I'll manage more than that. I will get stricter again in January though!

Going to try put me down for 10 (BTW does 'free' money count as spending as I've just had an email saying I've won £100 amazon vouchers - so if I spend that one day am I spending for this or not?
