Orange internet charges

Has anyone been charged on their mobile phone contract for internet they did not use?:o

yep me! i was charged £2.50 for internet use and i have NEVER connected using orange internet, always connect to my home broadbanc connection using Wi Fi before i go on the net on phone...Never used phone for net outside of house eiether, so rang them up complaining and they refunded me

no probs and if at 1st they wont refund you, hang up and try again, sometimes it honestly all depends on who you end up speaking to in customer service! :happyhear0
