Am I right inthinking that if the RP askes for a variation on the grounds of income not declared, she (non biased towards women but very biased against wimmin) is actually accusing the NRP of Income Tax evasion, a very serious charge.
Then that can lead to harrassment.........Relativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.:eek:
Space is not merely slightly curved it can be bent to touch itself without breaking the rules of relativity. :rotfl:0 -

I don't think so

Are you admitting that you are a contact blocker and money grabber (in the worse sense in that you are blocking contact to get more CSA pay)? If so then you are a "wimmin"
If you are giving your childs other parent every opportunity to have contact and you just want what is available via the CSA rules then your are not a "wimmin" but a normal woman;)Relativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.:eek:

NRP doesn't want contact with child, hasn't since he was born :think: 14 years worth tomorrow :j and as for child support *cough, splutter* still waiting for the CSA to sort it out, so I guess I'm a woman but others here think differently

I have very little regard to NRP who does not want of be part of childs life, in that case NRP is a true absent parent and I would support the RP as to maintenance.
Ergo in that case I would support the RP and their claim to CSA
Hope this helps you with my way of thinkingRelativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.:eek:

Ahhhh...this makes things clearer...I wondered what you and Speedster meant with the 'wimmen' comments...
Just to make it clear as well (since I think there is a perception by a few newbies on here), I am in no way a contact blocker either and would love nothing more than my NRP to be a part of my daughter's life but like DX, he chooses not to.
I have always historically said that kids should ALWAYS have their Mum and Dad in their lives no matter what the issues surrounding the split.
Just thought I'd clear that up...oh, and I also use the CSA as that's the only way I can get him to acknowledge her albeit with brown envelopes through his door....if he ever phoned me and asked for contact, I would close the CSA case in flash - no question;)0 -
Otherwise you could send them anything
which is what my ex did. They asked for his accounts - he wrote them out a single sheet income, expenses, net profit,
Quite legitimate. If any 2 of the following 3 conditions are met a company can file abbreviated accounts:-- annual turnover must be £5.6 million or less;
- the balance sheet total must be £2.8 million or less;
- the average number of employees must be 50 or fewer.

The wimmin comment was first started to try and make it clear that we didnt just hate ALL women, just those who contact blocked to get more CSA, those we called wimmin.
So we rant about wimmin not women.
Once again if your ex does not want to see his (I presume His) child then shame on him and then he should be made to pay for abdicating his responsibilities as you then have to pay for everything.
However, in my case, my ex (a wommin) blocks my request to have my son with me more (overnight) because she does not want the reductions that the CSA make for more nights with the NRP.
So I fight back and attempt (succesfully via the rules) to reduce her CM to the minimum I can, not because I want too (and bearing in mind that I originally offerd her £140 per month to come to an agreement outside of the CSA, she thought she would get more, the CSA assesement said £60 per month, she asked why I didnt offer £140 again, I said I only offer once and since you turned it down I now offer you £100, she said stuff off then....she fights me all the way and the CSA are now looking into this variation request) but because she blocks contact to get more CSA.
All I want is too see my son and I would still be happy to pay the relevant amount of CM that makes up the difference. I can accomodate 5 nights a fortnight, Im sure my son would be happy with this he tells me he wants to see me more and mummy more (I understand in his world he wants to see us both all the time so 50/50 is the natural split but I think that 5 and 9 nights is the right balance, I would be happy to pay £80 per month so that she can afford to pay for his keep.
Guess what?
Fight fight fight all the way she says no and stuff your money...
what more can I say about the womminn?Relativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.:eek:
