I have just signed up a £30 contract with orange, I needed a new contract and only went with this one because of this offer with the free broadband! But I can't get broadband! Its not working, I was with wanadoo broadband until they disconnected me over a dispute, the geezer on the phone didn't even mention this and said it was all ok and connected and it isn't! What do I do, the people who ansa the phones are all foriegn and I can hardly understand them! just guess what they say!!

You may know how it works but first your line needs to be ADSL enabled and then your particular account needs to be activated.angelcake wrote:I have just signed up a £30 contract with orange
