I currently have 3 properties that I rent out and another that Is my own , they are all with different insurance companies , there up for renew shortly and I was wandering if anyone would do me a good deal if I insured all 4 of my houses with just one Insurance company , can anyone recommend an insurance company that will do me a good deal.

You may be able to get a block policy. This is a policy for the entire group of properties all together. They are often cheaper
A friend of mine has a similar set-up, I'll ask him where he gets his, though I am sure many people here can help.0 -

Hi - I work for your-move brokers
We have zurich and axa on our books for landlords insurances.
By taking the properties insurances out together it would normally save you about 15%.
Also the No claims discount is always at a minimum of 3 years when they put you on their books - whether you've had claims or not!! that's another 15%.Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0 -

He's never had a problem with them.0 -
