Buyer Over Paid Wants Refund

  • I think part of the problem might be that I didn't put that much detail in the description. Has now been escalated to a full dipute with Paypal. Claiming they need heeled and marked on the heel. All my shoes are marked by driving but it doesn't make them unwearable. Have looked at the photograph and I think it is a fair representation of the condition. I would think they look used boots.

Paypal have taken the money out of my account now. Does anyone know how long it will take to sort out.

The buyer will have to send them back tracked delivery, and they will then get their money back (although have to pay the return postage themselves).

If your description wasn't clear, then the buyer will win the dispute. You should always try and describe things really carefully to cover your back side should disputes occur!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

TBH once a buyer goes to paypal with a dispute there is little you can do if you cannot agree.
paypal just take the money and refund it. there is no real seller protection. its rubbish

just make sure you get the item back.
