I Sent Praise To Starbucks & Got Vouchers That Make Me Look Like A Complainer

Technically you OP you are now a complainer
It's taken me years of experience to get this cynical0 -
Those are standard Starbucks vouchers and handed out all the time. You won't get a second look when you hand one over.
If they ever make your drink incorrectly and you tell them, they are meant to make it again for you and give you one of the vouchers for a free one next time.0 -
I had the same issue with Lidl. I had a problem with some mouldy pitta bread and the manager was extremely helpful and not only replaced the pitta but gave me a nice bottle of wine for taking the product back.
I wrote to their head office to say how well I had been treated and they sent me some more vouchers and apologising. I wrote back stating I was not complaining and they thanked me and told me to keep the vouchers anyway!0
