Yet you expect those others to subsidise you?
....
That's right.
There' ain't no such thing as a free luuch ... but you can get a lunch for free.
It's what this site is all about. You'd be hard pushed to find any moneysaving tip on here that someone else isn't subsidising."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
sorry jamespir reread your post , with brain in gear
:o
I have to say, from what I have read of your posts you have come across non argumentative compared to some of the people I have spoken to.
At least you aren't saying "look after your money better" like a lot of people I have spoken to today. You seem to understand where people are coming from :beer:0 -

I can't help but feel that my post went over your head somewhat.0 -
"We be asking" ?
Anyway, the banks can say what they like, the Court didn't rule on fairness. Whether or not the charges are lawful in their current state has not been decided. This will be a sound argument against any action Lloyds tries to subect the claiming consumers to.
The Court didn't rule on fairness because it decided that the Unfair Terms Regulations didn't apply to bank charges at all. So they are legal whether they are fair or not. Hence no point in deciding on fairness.0 -

Me? As I have stated, quite a few times already, on here is that I am reclaiming, nor have I done. I don't have any charges to reclaim.
But that doesn't mean I can't sympathise with those people, who genuinely did their best to avoid going overdrawn, being unfairly penalised and sent into a downward spiral of debt.February wins: Theatre tickets0
