katy - does banana bread taste like bananas?? i know it's a stupid question but i'm not THAT keen on bananas but fancy making the bread.

I will test it on my husband later as he doesn't like bananas but has not tried it yet! I have made this regularly for work and they all like it including some non banana lovers! Have to say though it is much more like cake than bread! x Can give you the recipe later if you want it? x

    mmmm cake............

would love the recipe pls even if it does taste of bananas as DH and DD love them.

Me too, although I do lurk over on the OS board for ideas for cooking and recipes...

Some of the other threads are scary though!

I feel utterly wiped out reading some of the stuff on that thread (bank reclaiming charges update) - how can people be so forthright with other folks?

Shudders and agree with you Katy83 I shall stay nestled in the snuggliness of DFW's and OS's - I occasionally venture off into the greenfingered area (also a bit scary sometimes) and also into the green and ethical bit (see previous comment but add the word 'green'). Of course my diary has monsters on it! But then again they Peedie isnt a 'troll'.

As a self confessed greenie, gardening tree hugger - life for me can be a bit too scary sometimes.
