Life is a challenge sometimes but we do get through it...one way or another.....but putting yourself down all the time won't help..... you have your health, you have your parents, your daughters and grandson....so many good things in your life.....so much to be thankful for.....believe me I know it's hard to see it sometimes. (hope I didn't offend)
