Fingers crossed too Kayleigh. I have to say I haven't written any letters yet, which is quite bad of me, but I think I might get a template ready and when the announcement is made, which of course we hope will be a good one, I can send it off!
Have a good day all! Bess xx
I haven't written the letter to The Halifax yet but I have prepared the spreadsheet of charges already! One with and one without interest :T
Mmmmm fish man has just been, fresh smoked haddock for brekky :T
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

How can I pay the Dds if I cancel them?
Phoned morthage protection.
They have paid me from 3rd Sept to 2nd Oct.
Yhey will only pay 3rd Oct - 1st Nove after I have had the JC sign another proof of still seeking work form and I have provided evidence of jobs applied for. The fact that JC signed the original form during this period don't count. I now have to make an appointment with JC to sign the form as they won't do it during normal sign on time. THEN the next one will be due next week.
I give up, I really do. Life just ain't worth it at the moment.0 -
Bookie that is seriously rubbish!!
Linda - it may be that repayments minus the 'fair' fee will be automatic but that wont happen striaght away...which is why I havent put mine in yet because itsl ikely they will take off whatever is deemed 'fair' from the total refunds...
OMFG just seen they ruled in favour of banks!!!! How could they!0 -
Phoned JC. Too busy to see me. They will try to sign it on Monday normal appt if not will get in the same night's post!

My FIL had similar issues with PPI on his car payments. It's a farce. They do everything they possibly can not to part with their cash while the person they are supposed to be providing a service to struggles and stresses. It really needs looked at.

Morning. I've got a meeting with my social worker at 11.30, then I'm giving a lift to ex, and in return he's coming back here to put away the shopping from the asda delivery this afternoon.
They've ruled in the banks favour? Can't type what I think of that or the swear filter will melt.
Linda and Notty, hope you feel better soon.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
