the problem in our town centre is that so many buses use the same street that there is not room for them all to park up when they arrive the bus i catch generally arrives on the hour but is not timetabled to leave untill 10 mins past the hour but seems to be leaving earlier to make room for other buses to stop .. a driver last week refused to open the doors to a pasenger at 5 past as he was just pulling out as another bus was waiting for his space!!
