New iTunes offer. Pay £20, get £30 in iTunes cards

Saw the itunes offer in Martin's email and went to two local Morrisons - both doing them and there appears to be no limit. I should add that as well as the "green" £15 ones the offer also works on the special Christmas box of 3x£10 cards - I bought a couple of those and they both came out at £20 instead of £30.
Some advice though - the woman at one Morrisons said they had a lot of issues last year where cards didn't activate properly. So keep the receipt which has both the card number and the fact that it has been activated so if there is any problem you can show it was activated - without the receipt you won't be able to do that.

On my receipt there is the individual number for each gift card. Does this mean it's activated? I can't see anything else on the reciept to suggest this. Thanks

AFAIK - and this is what the superviser told me when I queried it (I've had issues with other stores) - it should have ITUNES GIFT CARD (this is when they scan the card), then when they swipe it is should say below it Card No : and then the long number that is on the bottom of the itunes card on the back.
If they forget to swipe it you only get ITUNE GIFT CARD without the number below it.

Thank you to everyone posting on here. I went to my local Morrisons (Sutton) and they had posters up about the offer. I managed to get the last 2 cards left and that was before 12pm. They had to activate them, but I wasn't bothered as they were for myself. The offer was on both versions on the cards, usual light green and the special Christmas card.

I tried at my local and they didnt scan through at a discount and none of the staff on the counter knew anything about it... The cards were green, but dont remember what type of green!

They didnt need to activate them to try it, and i didnt buy them..

I got mine today and although the lady at the till scanned them, when I came home to redeem them it would not let me. A message came up saying take back to the store as it has not been activated. Rang Morrisons who said they are having a huge problem and its caused by Apple not Morrisons. Have tried contacting Apple but without luck. The thing is the Morrisons I got them from is not close by and I will have to try and return them tomorrow. You can contact itunes by sending them an email , hopefully this link will work.
