    'ringing them in' activates them

    What a load of rubbish, the till operator rings them in first and then after that puts them through a 'slider' thing to put the £15 on.
    staff training is'nt up to much then, i knew that even without staff training.
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.

    Hi I was wondering that myself. They are not mentioned in the exclusions on the back of the Collectors Card tho thats not to say that the SAs can make it up as they go along. Think ill ring them tomorrow and see what they say

    anyone been to a store in Scotland offering the 2 £15 cards for £20? popped into Arbroath while passing through and they had the deal. stated on advertising to either 23 or 28th December

    yes thats what I said ! They wouldn't listen to me though. They said the cards would be 'ruined' if they rang them in and then I didn't buy them.

    I won in the end anyway.
  • I managed to get them in another local branch today - with a huge sign up above the gift cards so there was no need for a price check.

    Think I'll go and get another two later!

    I asked DH to pick up 2 today from our local store. He was told the offer finished 2 weeks ago.....how can this be right if people on here are still buying them ???
